Community Bible Study

Come see what happens in people’s lives when they discover God through the study of His Word, the Bible. Our classes meet weekly during the school year. Each class participant receives a course book with a commentary and home study questions. Each week, you’ll participate in small group discussions and a large group teaching. A few times during the year, each small group will share a meal together.

The Santa Fe evening Community Bible Study class meets on Tuesday evening at Christ Church Santa Fe from 7:15-8:45. We offer the following kinds of core groups:

In-person @ Christ Church Santa Fe - Thursday morning, 9:30-11:15

In-person @ Christian Church of Los Alamos - Thursday morning, 9:30-11:15

Currently Studying: Matthew

We're finishing our study of Paul's letter to the Ephesian Christians in a couple of weeks and already looking forward to next year's study of the Gospel of Matthew!

Be sure to register so you can join us starting Tuesday, August 27, 2024 or Thursday, August 29, 2024 to study the Bible with a diverse group of people from all over Santa Fe and Los Alamos. (We will finish the class at the end of April 2025.)

Matthew writes his Gospel to show that Jesus has the right to the throne of David as Israel's true King, and that he is the ultimate fulfillment of God's promise to Abraham that his descendants would be a blessing to the whole world.

Studying the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus through the eyes of one of his closest friends will help us draw closer to God and each other. The King is here!
